Regina met Charles while working at the same company in 2001. They collaborated on an idea and over time she built and created Coin and Firearm Stores, while he focused on a National Coin Auction Firm, which together has become one of the most sought after dual-platforms in the country. Regina focused on the buying and retailing of Coins, Precious Metals, and Firearms and Charles specialized in Digital Media & Technology, which combined together built one of the largest brands in their industry in North America.

Regina C. Commander
From working in several contributing positions to opening her own store in 2006, Regina has represented rare coin and currency clients large and small for nearly 15 years. She made headlines when she secured her 3rd store along the Mississippi River running through Illinois, Iowa, and Missouri, aptly named the “Golden Strand” and continues to provide the same dedication to all of her clients with her Premiere Location in Burlington, IA.
Continuing her experience since the first internet boom, Regina has hands-on experience with how technology, trends, and markets affect the precious metal industry. Staying ahead of the frequent changes in the Gold Rush in 2008-2009, she sharpened her skills and took on a sixth sense in buying and selling and obtained her Federal Firearms License. This knowledge of firearms, rare coins/currency, and precious metals has proven to make Regina and her brand, Midwest Coin & Guns, a formidable competitor among her peers in the industry.

Charles L Commander
Charles focuses on the various facets of the industry that revolve around digital media and technology regarding metal markets and trends, whether that’s securing patents and trademarks for emerging business or negotiating distribution agreements for the prolific Midwest Coin & Guns. Prior to launching Commander Enterprises, Charles Commander co-managed the startup with Regina at Midwest Coin & Guns, working exclusively on the internet sales and auction business and accounts for Regina’s stores. Charles has represented and advised outside entrepreneurs on best practices for their business for over 15 years and is something that has always been at the core of his passions.
